みらいラボ（Mirai Lab）は、日本とアメリカをつなぐ文化交流・教育・社会実践のプラットフォームです。国や文化、言語の違いを越えて人と人が出会い、学び合い、次の一歩を見つける場をつくっています。
Mirai Lab is a cross-cultural platform connecting Japan and the United States
through education, cultural exchange, and social practice. We create spaces where people meet across differences, learn from one another, and imagine new futures together.
Mission
Mirai Lab expands access to learning and international experiences that are often shaped by geography or circumstance, aiming to create a society where everyone has opportunities to learn, connect, and broaden their view of the world.
Through cultural exchange, experiential learning, and collaboration with communities, we foster understanding of diversity and resilience,
and support individuals in recognizing their strengths and potential.
Grounded in equity and mutual respect, we shine a light on personal, familial, and community-based micro-cultures,contributing to the realization of a more inclusive and intercultural society.

Our Role
Mirai Lab serves as the Hokkaido Office for the Southern California Dosanko Association (Nanka Dosanko Kai), supporting its long-running Los Angeles homestay program for high school students from Hokkaido.
Mirai Lab is responsible for participant recruitment and selection, pre-departure orientation, and coordination between Japan and local partners in Los Angeles.
Mirai Lab LLC
Mirai Lab (a Japan-based general incorporated association) plans and implements international education programs and art and social practice projects.
Mirai Lab LLC, a U.S.-based limited liability company registered in the state of Oregon, provides operational, administrative, and contractual support for these initiatives between Japan and the United States.
